Why Therapy?

Welcome to therapy. You've taken the first step to find a safe space to explore the problems you're facing. I operate a quiet private practice, engaging individual adult clients with compassion, respect, and open-mindedness. With a mindfulness approach and through the use of cognitive behavioral therapy, I begin the counseling process by identifying coping skills to calm chaotic emotions.
